Terms and Conditions
Registration and payment of the entry ticket to the EPR Grand Challenge conference gives access to the conference and to the 20th anniversary dinner on 7 December 2022.
The early bird entry ticket for PROs as well as producers and producer associations is €895 until 30 September 2022.
PROs in the WEEE Forum pay a €995 entry ticket per individual in their delegation. Individuals representative of producers and producer associations also pay €995 entry ticket.
Entry tickets are for sale (exclusively online) until 23 November 2022, unless the maximum capacity is reached before that date.
All other individuals – except invited speakers and invited policymakers that do not pay an entry fee– pay €1.095 per ticket.
Access to the conference is restricted to the individuals that have purchased their entry ticket before the closing date of 23 November 2022, unless the maximum capacity is reached before that date.
Individuals not attending the conference pay €595 for dinner and need to register online beforehand.
No payment in cash on the spot will be accepted.
The early bird entry ticket for PROs as well as producers and producer associations is €895 until 30 September 2022.
Individuals representative of PROs in the WEEE Forum with operations in Colombia, India, South Africa and Nigeria need to register yet pay no entry ticket.
Delegates are entitled to cancel their presence without incurring costs until 7 October 2022. After this date, no ticket refund will be possible, but delegates can register another person by following the link in the registration confirmation, latest by 23 November 2022.
All prices mentioned are exclusive of value-added tax.
The WEEE Forum reserve the right to cancel the event in case of situations that could not have been prevented by reasonable foresight or care (act of God) or legislation in response to, inter alia, unanticipated natural events or a serious epidemiological situation.
In case the event is cancelled after 7 November 2022, delegates that paid their entry tickets before that date will be refunded.
By registering the delegates consent that their pictures and footage containing their image can be made public.
The WEEE Forum reserves the right to cancel and reimburse the ticket in case the wrong price category was selected. If in doubt, please check with info@weee-forum.org.
